Shawna James, business management strategist, project manager, production/event consultant & content developer, has spent nearly two decades helping individuals as well as organizations to achieve business and personal success. Early in her career, Shawna recognized a gift and a passion for developing strategies, systems & processes that created higher levels of efficiency & productivity within the organizations she partnered with. Her ability to re-organize, re-strategize, & re-build, freed up the organizations resources to focus on campaigns of greater passion.

As founder of her own consulting firm, she specialized in small business optimization strategies and content development, as well as worked in the live event arena as a logistics and production manager & advisor.  Having directly supported high level CEO’s, such as peak performance coach Tony Robbins, she brings a level of passion, drive and commitment that are unmatched.    Turning attention to projects that connected with her own passions, brought about the creation of Dream Catchers Global, LLC a company developed in partnership with Author and NLP Strategist, Ron Nash. An organization dedicated to making professional dreams, powerful realities. Lindy Bostrom

Director of Publication Development & Design

In addition to Lindy Bostrom’s focus on the development, editing and design of the Dream Job University publications, Ms. Bostrom is also the President and Owner of Bostrom Graphics which provides services for marketing & promotional materials including Websites, branding and identity development, packaging, publishing, original illustration and photography, and much more. Ms. Bostrom has worked in the design industry for over 20 years. After earning a Bachelors degree from Parsons School of Design in NY, she worked at various ad agencies, publications and businesses there, among them, Young & Rubicam, Landor Communications, Inc., Sony Music, Hallmark Entertainment, Newsweek Magazine, HBO, American Lawyer Magazine, Country Living Magazine, American Salon Magazine and The Port Authority of NY & NJ.

Ms. Bostrom has also created branding/identity systems and package design for many industries including medical, beauty products, restaurant & food, real estate, arts, yoga/fitness, education and music. After moving to California in 2003, she established Bostrom Graphics. Clients include Sacred Centers with Anodea Judith, Whole Life Times Magazine, Creative Nail Design, Graham Webb, Colure True Color Care, Rising Lotus Yoga, Dream Job University, Inabata America, Decor & Style Magazine, and The San Diego Reader among others. Ms Bostrom is a talented illustrator and photographer as well and uses her skills to integrate original imagery into many projects.

David Meyer – Attorney

David has 24 years of legal experience and over 30 years of business experience to draw from. As a business and real estate attorney, he has owned his own firm and practiced with large and small law firms and as in-house general counsel. David has also spent time on the client said of the table, serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Anthony Robbins Companies from 2006-2008, a period of rapid growth for the company headed by peak performance speaker, Tony Robbins.

David specializes in California business, corporate, real estate and licensing matters. He has twenty-four (24) years of legal experience, including sixteen (16) years in private practice. He has successfully represented California business and real estate owners and managers with their business operations throughout California. He has represented many business clients involved in starting up, expanding, selling and buying businesses. David practiced law for 8 years with Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May (now Reed Smith) in Oakland, CA. He served as in-house Director of Legal Affairs at The Upper Deck Company and as Chief Operating Officer with The Anthony Robbins Companies. David received his J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School.

Michael Witz – Social Media CEO

As CEO of Mob Science Michael began developing on the Facebook Platform since 2008 and has steadily transformed itself into a talented game studio capable of creating hit social games. Most recently, we have just launched InFAMOUS Anarchy, a new Facebook game published by Sony. In its first week, it has organically reached 50,000 users and has over 1000 reviews with an average rating of 4.9 out 5 stars. All in all, Mob Science has reached over 50 Million users across its portfolio of games, including Snowball Fight, Coffee Bar and Magic Mall.  Matt Millen – Sales Strategist and VP

Matt Millen recently joined T-Mobile as Vice President of Small/Medium Business Sales. There he is responsible for growing the small to medium size business market nationwide. Prior to Joining T-Mobile, Matt spent 4 years with Peak Performance Strategist, Anthony Robbins as Vice President of Sales where he constructed and implemented sales strategies, defined customer experiences, established and managed sales processes while coaching the most passionate sales people on the planet! Prior to Anthony Robbins, Matt spent 4 years at Government Acquisitions, a federal systems integrator where he lead a 260% increase in sales over 3 year period. Matt also diversified sales mix, increased share of wallet with top customers and achieved large gains in sales efficiency and productivity. Matt spent 5 years working for Ted Waitt at Gateway Computers as Vice President/General Manager of Small/Medium Business Sales. As an advisory board member for DJU Matt brings a plethora of experience and knowledge to the table, in addition to his experience working in areas where mentoring and coaching are essential.

James Jackson – Adjunct Faculty / eLearning Consultant for MaxKnowledge.

James is the Senior Associate at JAJ & Associates, Vice President of eLearning Services at MaxKnowledge and member of the Board of Directors of Dream Catchers Global. James was the Associate Provost of Faculty Development, President of the Online Division at Harrison College and the Director for the Center of Technology Resources for Indiana Business College. Because of his extensive background in technology and his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for assisting aspiring business owners, James has provided his leadership/project management skills in many start-up operations mentoring dozens of young leaders over his 15 year career. All providing great growth opportunities for his stakeholders.

James has developed more than 50 courses and dozens of programs in the areas of technology, business, progress management and general education. James has been an instructor for more than 15 years during which time he provided training to over 500 trainers and more than 5000 students. His academic background includes a Masters of Education in Occupational Training and Development and is currently working on his doctoral dissertation in Higher Education Administration emphasis on Strategic Enrollment Management. James enjoys working with students and assisting them through complex concepts which he is able to turn into easy to understand and usable skills.
