Our Academic Program offers 3 options designed to fit every budget.

Model 1 – Self Study:
Leverage Technology to Create a Career Development Enhancement

Many career services departments are extremely eager to place upcoming graduates in gainful employment within their field of study. They are also, however, looking for opportunities to add value for students that have recently graduated as well as provide benefits for their alumni. Much of a school’s success comes from referrals from previous students who feel like their institution has gone beyond normal means to provide added value as well as greater ROI. Our self-study program provides a powerful Career Development Enhancement and value-add for all.

Model 2 – Webinar & (90 Day Program):
Leverage Technology for Gainfully Employed

There is already a career services department at most colleges. Our 90-day webinar program allows us to interact with Career Services through an expedited training of the Leveraging LinkedIn® Curriculum and processes. This allows us to focus on getting internal staff up to speed on current LinkedIn® techniques for students nearing graduation. This process is recommended for any school that is serious about getting up to speed on LinkedIn® and thus utilizing a tool which will create an immediate & direct impact on employment practices. Includes Leveraging LinkedIn study guide and license.

Model 3 – Student Employment Assistance Program (SEAP):
Onsite Collaboration Process

Working with both career services as well as the academic staff, our Collaboration process allows us to analyze the employment and retention processes and procedures and to enhance them with some of our systems to fortify the outcome – retention and employment. This process is recommended for any school that is serious about its Retention and Employment Statistics.

This consulting program requires an average of 40 hours per month interaction with DJU™ staff for one complete quarter, with follow-up sessions to be determined based on progress. The Onsite Collaboration Process focuses on the integration of the Leveraging LinkedIn® program as well as various Retention Strategies.
